I recently decided to challenge myself in a new level of fitness. Of course, in my case any level of fitness is a new level. I was recently searching the internet related to health and fitness, and I came across the c25k plan for running. In long hand it is "Couch to 5k". It is a training program to help build gradually (over 9 weeks) to running shape. I started the training today.
