I'm back from my morning run. It was good. I can already feel the difference. Today 8/8 wasn't any big deal. I'm ready for next week. The regimen changes. It will get harder, but I'm ready. Next week the running is longer by half on each interval.
On the trail...
- Some numbness at the very end of my run, and throughout my cool down walk.
- Forgot to charge my ipod, so I got started late.
Really enjoying it!
