Last week I only did two out of three workouts. Time wasn't on my side, and I couldn't get my third run in. So, what do I do? Monday is run day, but do I run the third workout of my training from last week, or do I move ahead to the first training of this week?
I chose to finish last weeks, and I did the whole workout. I felt good afterword, but that might be because it had been three days since my last run. Anyway, Wednesday I'll move up.
